The Chanhassen Dinner Theatres is the perfect place to go on your next date night. There are three theaters offering comedies and Broadway musicals that all ages will enjoy. Enjoy a complete meal and dessert while you enjoy a professional experience.

Since its open all week, it’s easy to find a time that fits in your schedule. Visiting the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres

The dinner theatre is open Monday through Sunday with various show times. Box office hours include Mondays 9am-5pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9am-7pm, Fridays from 9am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-6pm and Sundays from 1pm-5pm. Event dates and times will vary.

Admission prices will vary by show date and time. You can visit all week at 501 West 78th Street in Chanhassen. It’s located just 25 minutes southwest of downtown Minneapolis and only two blocks north of Minnesota State Highway 5 on Great Plains Blvd. There is no charge to park.

You can purchase show-only tickets that wouldn’t include dinner but you have to wait for the reservation until 10 days prior to the performance date. Group sales hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. You can purchase gift cards for any amount and they will never expire.

Performances & Menu

There are three theaters including the intimate Playhouse Theatre seating 126 guests, the larger Fireside Theatre and the massive Main Dinner Theatre seating 541 people. Tableside dinner is served to guests including choice of entrée, bread, coffee, tea, water and milk with the option to purchase soft drinks, alcohol, appetizers, upgrades and desserts. Your entrée will include options like the famous chicken Chanhassen, grilled top sirloin, Florentine ravioli and lasagna Bolognese.

Performances include Mary Poppins the Broadway Musical until August 29th, Steven Ray’s Comedy Cabaret, The Gospel According to St. Market, Kickin’ It Irish and a Concert Series featuring upcoming musicians like Love is a Rose, Michael Monroe, River and so much more.
