Dining

Cadillac Ranch is favorite restaurant in the Mall of America featuring a great all-American bar & grill experience. They feature weekday happy hour specials, lunch and dinner all week and live music on Fridays. On Tuesdays, kids can eat for free with an adult eating an entrée and they offer game day appetizer specials.

The best part about Cadillac Ranch is that they have a magician stop in on Thursdays and Fridays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturdays from noon until 2pm. It’s really a restaurant that all ages can appreciate from the special weekly events to the great food and atmosphere. Here is a look at what you can enjoy at Cadillac Ranch.

What to Expect

The restaurant is located inside of the Mall of America at 352 South Avenue in Bloomington. They can’t take reservations on weekends but you can stop in all week from 11am-11pm on Sundays, 11am-12am on Monday through Thursday, and 11am-1am on Fridays and Saturdays.

The restaurant opened in 2009 in National Harbor, MD and has expanded to six locations from up and down the east coast and into the Midwest. You’ll notice the eclectic mix of food, the entertainment experience and the great service. There are multiple bars, a mechanical bull, rock n’ roll inspired décor and a social, comfortable and fun atmosphere.

Menu

The menu features a variety of steaks and seafood, burgers and pasta as well as salads and flatbreads. Start with an appetizer of Cadillac Ranch Kettle Chips or Fish Tacos before enjoying your chili and Cadillac Crispy Shrimp Salad.

Try a flatbread pizza like the buffalo chicken flatbread or go for the pulled pork sandwich. Try a burger go all out with a New York strip.  The Ranch mac ‘n’ cheese is excellent as well as the beer-battered fish ‘n chips. Drink a Rock n Roll Kool Aid, Margarita or a signature drink.

From the atmosphere to the food, there is so much to enjoy at Cadillac Ranch. Check it out inside the mall!
