Here’s a property that has something for everyone. There is a couple higher spots up more near the road to build that cabin on or bring in the camper to. Just a short distance behind one of the higher areas is a good sized beaver pond that is ideal for trapping and jumping a duck or two. The beaver dam also creates a drier area on the back side of it or right on top of it to cross to the main chunk of higher ground timber on the east side of the creek/beaver pond area. There are lots of natural edges created by the mix of high/low and tree types in the eastern portion of the property. The trails on the east side allow you to get nearly everywhere with a four wheeler and in some parts would be great for a side by side. The whole eastern timber area would be great for grouse but I have a hunch that the edge running mostly North, South along the low area edge could be great. Besides grouse this place would be great for deer, bear and trapping. Borders thousands of acres of public lands.
